TIME TO REST

Sunday 31st of August

Your monthly permission to rest. Our signature monthly workshop is back for the 8th edition on the 31st of August. This workshop is your opportunity to work and relieve some stress accumulated primarily in the nervous system and the fascia layer of the body. We’ll use breath techniques, yin and restorative yoga poses, lots and lots of yoga props (all provided) and conclude the session with a long relaxation (meditation, sound bath and aromatherapy).
