TIME TO REST

   – Yin and Restorative Yoga workshop –

“Time to Rest” is a space dedicated to deep stress relief—both the physical stress we feel in our bodies and the deeper tension stored within our nervous system. 

Stress relief through gentle movement, deep stretches, and breathwork can be very effective. That’s why, in this workshop, we’ll be using a combination of Yin, Restorative (we use a lot of props), and Yoga Nidra, along with regulating breathwork techniques to guide you into true relaxation.

We top up the session with a long, lush relaxation, aromatherapy and a sound bath. Open to all levels. Only 8 spaces per workshop. Please enquire to find out more.
